Jonathan Parnell
Managing Director
Jonathan Parnell is a Managing Director at BCP. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to joining BCP, Jonathan was the Chief Strategy Officer at Atlas Technical Consultants, where he led mergers and acquisitions, integration efforts, and investor relations. Prior to Atlas, Jonathan held various leadership positions in engineering and consulting firms, including ATC Group Services, ARMS Reliability, and The Shaw Group.
Jonathan received his B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
