Lindsay Mayo
Director of Finance & Administration
Lindsay Mayo is the Director of Finance & Administration at BCP. She is involved in all aspects of finance, compliance, and financial reporting.
Lindsay has been with BCP since 2015, previously serving as Fund Controller and as Finance Manager. Prior to joining BCP, Lindsay served as Financial Reporting Supervisor, Consolidations for Albemarle Corporation. While at Albemarle, she managed the company’s global consolidation process and assisted with acquisition-related accounting, reporting and integration. Prior to this role, Lindsay served as External Reporting Manager for Edgen Group Inc., where she oversaw the preparation of the company’s SEC filings and performed technical accounting research related to disclosure and reporting requirements. Prior to joining Edgen, Lindsay spent more than seven years working for The Shaw Group Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility. During her tenure at Shaw, she served as External Reporting Manager, where she was responsible for SEC reporting and consolidations, as well as held roles within Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Accounting.
Lindsay received her B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
