Mary Allen Cope

While at EnCap, Mary Allen was involved in all aspects of the investment process, including evaluation of new investment opportunities, deal structuring, ongoing monitoring of existing portfolio companies, and investor relations. Prior to EnCap, Mary Allen was an investment banking summer associate at Credit Suisse in the Global Energy & Infrastructure group where she worked on a variety of M&A transactions for the energy industry. She started her career as a structural design engineer for Hargrove Engineers & Constructors.

Mary Allen received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama, a Master of Civil Engineering from Auburn University, and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
